Marta Kozielska
Impact Lead (Private Capital Mobilisation)

Marta joined CETEx as Impact Lead within the Private Capital Mobilisation team.
She has ten years of experience working in public policy across think tanks, government, and public sector consulting, both in the UK and within the EU. Her work focuses on sustainable and inclusive growth, international governance, and evidence-based policy design.
Prior to joining CETEx, Marta worked at ICF where she led the delivery of complex policy analysis, impact evaluation, and technical assistance projects for the European Commission. Her work focused on strengthening EU decision-making and funding mechanisms, including assessments of EU structural funds. Marta has also held roles as an advisor for Social Impact Alliance for CEE, working to mobilise private capital for social good across 11 CEE countries, a Policy Fellow at Poland’s Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels, and a researcher and manager at LSE IDEAS, LSE’s foreign policy think tank, where she designed and delivered policy workshops for the EU, UN, and multiple national governments.
She holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, including a year studying at the University of Berkeley, California.
