Call for papers
The Centre for Economic Transition Expertise (CETEx) alongside partners Central Bank of Chile and Sustainable Macro, invite submissions for their annual academic conference on the macroeconomic, financial, prudential and monetary dimensions of nature degradation.
How does climate change and nature degradation reshape macroeconomic stability, financial resilience, and policy design? We invite submissions exploring the macro‑financial impacts of climate and nature‑related risks, green structural policies, capital reallocation, and the evolving role of monetary and prudential frameworks.
We welcome rigorous theoretical or empirical research from economics, finance, political economy, and related fields, and are inviting submissions of extended abstracts or draft papers.
Submissions are due by Monday 27 April 2026. If selected, complete draft papers must be submitted by 15 July. Further details of potential topic areas and submission can be found here.
