Andy King is an expert in analysing the fiscal implications of climate change and the transition to net zero. Alongside his position as a Visiting Senior Fellow at LSE’s Grantham Research Institute and its Centre for Economic Transition Expertise, Andy is a Specialist Partner at the public policy risk consultancy Flint Global. He is a member of the IMF Fiscal Affairs Department’s panel of fiscal experts, advising Finance Ministries across Africa and Asia.
