Wallis is a Policy Fellow leading on the development and integration of CETEx’s nature strategy. Her research interest lies in understanding how a new approach to risk and uncertainty in monetary and fiscal policy can help transition financial flows toward net zero and ecological resilience. Wallis previously worked in Aotearoa New Zealand’s central government, working across the Ministry for the Environment and the Treasury on a joint green finance programme, and before that, leading work across government agencies on sustainable food systems and land use policy.
