Enrique is a Policy Analyst in the Monetary and Financial Markets workstream at CETEx. His work focuses on how central banks and monetary policy frameworks can address climate risks and support the transition to sustainable economies. Enrique has worked at the European Central Bank, where he supported key systems used to implement monetary policy. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Queen Mary University of London, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Law.
