Jon is a Policy Fellow within the Monetary and Financial Markets programme, with a focus on transition planning and transition finance. He has over a decade of experience spanning the investment sector, sustainable finance policy and climate-related regulation.
Before joining CETEx, Jon held senior roles within think tanks and civil society organisations, including leading the development and coordination of early UK transition plan policy ahead of COP26 in Glasgow. Most recently, he headed climate and nature at a UK-based charity focused on financial system reform, working across policy, private sector engagement and civil society coordination. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment management at Schroders in London.
Jon holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University, Sweden.
