Hugh is Consultant with CETEx. He previously worked at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development as a Policy Analyst, focusing on biodiversity-related financial risks and critical minerals. Hugh started out at the Bank of England where he worked in the Prudential Policy Department, focusing on large exposures and climate-related financial risks, before undertaking an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change at LSE, during which time he also worked for the Grantham Research Institute on central banks and climate-related risks.
