CETEx at COP17 and COP31 2026
This autumn, CETEx will be contributing to two major United Nations conferences addressing the interconnected challenges of climate change, nature, and the transition to sustainable economies.
Biodiversity COP17 – Yerevan, Armenia
The 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17) will take place in Yerevan, Armenia, from 19-30 October 2026. Bringing together governments, international organisations, researchers, civil society and other stakeholders, COP17 will mark the first global review of collective progress towards implementing the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
CETEx will contribute to discussions and activities around COP17, bringing its expertise on the economic and financial dimensions of nature and the transition to a sustainable economy.
COP31 – Antalya, Türkiye
The 31st United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP31) is the annual gathering of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), taking place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 9-20 November 2026. The conference will bring together global leaders, businesses, policymakers, researchers and civil society representatives to advance international climate action and provide a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and the sharing of solutions to the world’s most pressing climate challenges.
Throughout COP31, CETEx will contribute its expertise and engage with partners through a range of events, discussions and collaborative activities.
